How can I make money with Clickbank?
Let’s say I ran a blog about playing the Guitar where I offered tips and techniques to my readers. I wanted to promote a related product to my blog and earn commission on each sale. My first step would be to suss out a worthwhile product to promote and ensure it’s commission rate is decent.
I loaded up the Clickbank marketplace and searched for “Guitar” and the first result appeared as;
Unlock The Guitar In One Weekend. [ earn 75.0 % ]
Perfect. Catchy product name and an awesome commission rate.
Technically I’ll be earning more than the seller per sale.
Next we need to grab our affiliate link, click the “earn 75%” link and a popup window will appear.
Whack in your Clickbank username and hit go! Presented before you will be the one line of text that can earn you money - it’s a crazy world isn’t it?
With the guitar product that I had chosen, my affiliate link became
http://jamsii.unlkgtar.hop.clickbank.net
The blue part represents my Clickbank username while the green represents the sellers Clickbank name - pretty simple stuff.
How can I promote my affiliate link?
This is the secret that will either break and make your financial goals. What good is your affiliate link if nobody clicks it?!?
The number 1 advice? Buy the product.
This way you can honestly write a review for your readers which includes your affiliate link. You could also add your affiliate link to your blogs sidebar under a heading such as “Recommended Products”.
Another proven method is Adwords.
Grab a Google Adwords account, find some relevant keywords and let your campaign loose to the world. You sometimes have to spend money to earn money.

Excellent point. How can you promote a product you have never tried yourself.
And the best way to purchase it (being a clickbank member and all) is of course using customer reciprocation - that way you receive a customer earning you commission just for purchasing what you had already intended to purchase.

I like your blogs. Great content you have here on Clickbank. Clickbank has always been one of my biggest income sources. I have always found that creating landing pages that review Clickbank products help give that extra boost and conversion rate.
